At Flair FC, we believe that developing young footballers is about more than what happens on the pitch. Our academy is committed to helping children grow through football while also supporting their education, confidence and personal development.
As our young players in Kabagali prepared to return to school, the Kabagali Initiative stepped in to provide school books and other scholastic materials to help them get ready for the new school term.
For many of the children, having the basic materials they need for school can make a meaningful difference. The initiative is designed to remove some of the barriers that children face and give them the opportunity to focus on learning, playing football and building friendships.
Football and Education Go Together
The Kabagali Initiative is part of Flair FC’s commitment to supporting children beyond football. We want our academy players to understand that their education is just as important as their development as footballers.
Through football, children learn discipline, teamwork, commitment and resilience. These same values can help them in the classroom and in their everyday lives.
Providing school materials is one of the practical ways we can support our players and their families while creating an environment where children can pursue both their academic and sporting ambitions.

Building Opportunities for Children in Kabagali
The Kabagali Initiative was established to help create opportunities for children in the community through football and other forms of support. This includes helping with football boots and kits, school-related needs and access to activities that encourage children to stay active, connected and engaged.
As the academy continues to grow, we hope to do more for the children who are part of the programme and to involve more partners and well-wishers in supporting the initiative.
For these young players, the start of a new school term is another opportunity to learn, grow and dream big.
At Flair FC, we are proud to support them both on the pitch and in the classroom.
Together, we can give children the opportunity to learn, play and grow.
